Alfredo Sauce... Recipe from Heather M., Amarillo, TX

Alfredo Sauce

1 lg pkg cream cheese

2 cans chicken broth
2 tablespoons Italian dressing parmesan cheese   In a large skillet heat Italian dressing.  Add cream cheese that has been cut into cubes. Add one can chicken broth and begin whisking it together.  As the cream cheese melts add more broth to get the desired consistency.  Add parmesan cheese to taste at the end to taste.

My Kids LOVE this recipe----so easy and if you want lower calories use fat free or reduced fat cream cheese!!!!!!
