Easy Crock Pot Beef Tips

3 pounds beef for stew

2 cans French Onion soup

2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

Cut beef into smaller pieces (if desired). Brown beef in skillet. While the beef is browning, turn crock pot on high and add the soups together. Mix soups by stirring with a whisk while beef is browning. Add beef and drippings to the crock pot and turn down on low for 6 to 8 hours. Makes a wonderful gravy for rice, mashed potatoes or noodles. Serves 6.
