Chicken Parmesan with Rotini

Prep time: 10 mins. Total time: 30 mins. Servings: 4
What you need:
3 cups whole wheeat Rotini pasta
10 Ritz Reduced fat crackers, crushed(about 1/2 cup crumbs) (I like to put more for that added flavor)
3 Tbsp. Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp. dried Oregano Leaves
1 Egg white
4 small boneless skinless breast halves(1 lb.)
2 cups tomato basil spaghetti sauce, divided
1 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-Cook pasta
-Combine cracker crumbs, Parmessan cheese, oregano leaves in a pie plate.
-Beat egg white in a separate plate
-Dip chicken in egg white, then roll in crumbs until evenly coated. Set aside.
-Spray large non stick skillet with cooking spray. Medium heat. Add chicken. Heat 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
-Spoon 1 cup spagheti sauce over chicken, top with mozzarella cheese. Cover skillet with lid. Reduce heat low, simmer 3 minutes until sauce is hot and cheese is melted.
-Drain pasta, add remaining sauce, cook until heated through.
-Spoon on plates and add chicken on top.
-Serve and enjoy! :)
