Pepperoni Chicken Recipe by Anne B. from Fairfield, TX

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin (or 2 lbs. depending on how many people you're feeding)
1 pckg large pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella
parsley (for presentation)
seasoning salt to taste
1) Take one of your pounded chicken breasts and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
2) Place 2 pepperonis on the breast. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with another chicken breast.
3) Sprinkle with cheese again (across the top) & parsley. Secure with toothpicks (1 @ each end).
4) Repeat steps 1-3 for remaining breasts. Bake on 365 til done. Enjoy!
